Senior Project Management Position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across engineering and product lifecycle domains. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience managing Windchill implementations, upgrades, and integrations, and will act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management of Windchill PLM implementations, customizations, and integrations. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. - Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA, and client representatives.- Monitor and track project progress using project management tools and provide regular status updates.- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely and quality delivery.- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.- Ensure alignment of Windchill PLM solutions with business goals and engineering processes.- Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities.- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Windchill PLM projects, is necessary. Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale PLM implementations, strong knowledge of PTC Windchill modules, and experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies are also essential.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across geographies, and proficiency in project management tools are also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Scrum certification is preferred. Experience with Windchill integrations with ERP, CAD, or MES systems and familiarity with PLM-related compliance and regulatory standards are also desirable.
