LeadProject and Development Services Chennai India What this job involves Leading projects to successAs Senior Project Lead youll take total responsibility for the overall success of majorprojectsxe2x80x94guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clientsexpectations and meet JLLs commercial objectives Driven and ambitious by nature youhave a mastery of the ins and outs of businessxe2x80x94from products and systems to processes tools and best practices Youll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view For each project youll establish an effective organisational structure for reporting communication and working procedures and ensure that clear objectives and qualitycontrol systems are in place Youll lead a project team that is highly motivated eager tocontribute and in sync with the stakeholders mind-sets Youll also attend projectmeetings submit monthly reports and monitor project budgets so an eye for detail and astructured approach to tasks will serve you well Making clients our first priorityThe best person for this job is one who always
