Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned IT project manager to oversee fixed bid projects in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will have grown from developer to lead and possess strong technical and client management skills.

The candidate should be adept at delivering projects using SDLC and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects using SDLC, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work across front-end and back-end technologies with sound database design knowledge.
  • Use Jira or Azure DevOps for planning and tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Implement and monitor quality processes while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Analyze risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical guidance to teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a PM with deep knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in client management, quality processes, and documentation.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and communication.
  • Experience handling projects in fixed bid budgets.
  • Willingness to work from the office daily.
