Project Lead - Smart City ERP Initiative

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Smart City ERP initiatives, focusing on Property Tax and Water modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project analysis and prepare detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's degree in IT or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience, including 2-4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
