Job Title:

Lead Acquisitions Representative

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Point of Sales (POS) acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Identify POS needs and suggest suitable insurance products/payout rates of different Insurers.
  • Provide joint call support to all POS personnel along with direct sales exposure.
  • Be accountable for business targets individually in sync with POS acquisition/activation targets.
  • Maintain customer relationship management skills.
  • Impart product training to POS personnel acquired by him.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new Point of Sales personnel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing POS personnel.
  • Meet individual business targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
