Job Description:

The Social Media Strategy Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This includes:

  • Developing and executing social media content calendars to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
  • Creating high-quality social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Managing social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, PR, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize results.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as our Social Media Strategy Lead, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field.
  • Leadership skills, including project management, team leadership, and decision-making.
  • Creative skills, including content development, design, and storytelling.
  • Analytical thinking and experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
