About the Role
This is a pivotal position within the Social Media Marketing team at Reliance Retail.
As a key member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic decisions and contributing to the realization of its long-term vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct research on current industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behaviors to inform the social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Foster and grow the online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brand, industry, and competitors.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- PG in marketing.
- 6+ Yrs of experience in Retail / FMCG as Social Media Marketing specialist.
- Proven working experience in Social Media marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, Influencer management.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
