We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaign strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating with artists and content creators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing and experience working with influencers and brands.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Budget management, including making, maintaining, and negotiating budgets

• Writing briefs for campaigns

• Researching and identifying suitable artists, celebrities, and content creators

• Shortlisting and reviewing artist selections

• Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and coordinating product delivery from brands

• Analyzing campaign insights and making strategic decisions for future improvements

• Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in an influencer marketing agency

• Experience in negotiating rates and making contracts with clients and influencers

• Analytical skills to maintain data and make reports

• Budget management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
