Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our social media campaigns and drive growth in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies across paid and organic channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels, aiming for revenue growth of up to 3x in the next 6 months.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage data analytics and key performance metrics to monitor campaign success and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Work closely with the data team to analyze customer behavior and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Budget Management:
  • Own and manage performance marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Implement budget forecasting and track spending to optimize budget allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with the product team to incorporate product launches into performance marketing strategies.

Testing and Optimization:
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in paid marketing strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Deliver regular and detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Understand multi-channel paid media strategies and deliver holistic insights on campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI across platforms.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid social media marketing or performance marketing.
  • Expertise in social media marketing and managing paid campaigns across platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
