Job Title: Sales Executives

Raj Groups is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers to generate sales.
  • Explain project details to customers and negotiate prices to close deals.
  • Tie up with channel partners to expand our customer base.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Establish and maintain a strong online presence to increase business opportunities.
  • Collect documents from customers and process loans in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with products and competitors to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Good convincing ability to negotiate prices and close deals.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Qualification: HSC/Graduate.
