Job Title

This role involves managing business relationships with customers in the BFSI sector.

You will work closely with branches to coordinate sales efforts and assume full responsibility for all aspects of sales.

Your primary focus will be selling financial products and generating revenue through prospecting and relationship-building activities.

You will also be responsible for liaising with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to sell specific schemes identified by the business head.

In addition, you will organize awareness programs and ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

You will achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans and develop skills for achieving channel sales.

This role requires quick thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and active listening skills.

You should have a thorough understanding of our products and regulatory framework, as well as a positive attitude, customer focus, and result-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA or graduate degree with 2-5 years of industry experience and good knowledge of equity, debt markets, and MFD certification.
