Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team for an exciting affordable group housing project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions through exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels by delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support while fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication, ensure seamless information exchange, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records for future reference and analysis.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience through effective issue resolution strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights for service improvement, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and relevant regulations to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends, drive business decisions, and inform strategic planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required, demonstrating a commitment to achieving business objectives and exceeding customer expectations.
