Client Services Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Client Services professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic solutions that meet business needs.

This role oversees a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, identifies opportunities before clients ask, and delivers solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business requirements
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B is a plus)
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts
