
Strategic Operations Manager

This is a key leadership position within the luxury villa and bungalow real estate sector. The role demands strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and the ability to ensure all projects maintain the highest standards of quality, timely execution, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities:- Lead strategy execution across various phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement.
- Address escalations and mitigate project roadblocks, incorporating stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations on prioritizing strategic initiatives and enhancing operational processes.
- Conduct regular reviews of project accounts to identify discrepancies and manage expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with established standards while exploring opportunities for financial efficiency.
- Engage in risk management and support procurement activities related to contracts and negotiations.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to oversee daily operational functions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within the project teams.
- Utilize data-driven insights to facilitate timely decision-making and enhance process improvements.
- Spearhead key initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas.
- Collaborate with senior executives to formulate actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee the performance management of direct reports, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support recruitment strategies, training, development, and career progression planning for team members.
- Foster a motivated team environment through effective delegation and mentorship.
- Maintain high personal quality and productivity standards.
- Navigate organizational changes effectively.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years in leading large teams.
- Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate, Construction sectors.
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with fast-paced work environments and adeptness in problem-solving and data analysis.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in financial oversight and risk management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
