Operations Executive

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication and alignment between teams.

The Operations Executive will assist in allocating personnel, materials, and equipment as needed, while also collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key operational performance metrics.

Additionally, this role will participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects, support development and maintenance of relationships with vendors and suppliers, and assist in tracking and managing operational expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day business operations related to specific tasks and functions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless communication and operational alignment.
  • Assist in allocating personnel, materials, and equipment as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key operational performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects.
  • Support development and maintenance of relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in tracking and managing operational expenses.
