As a Client Servicing professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing their accounts and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Understand client requirements by gathering and analyzing briefs to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Prepare and present advertising proposals, campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analytics to clients.
- Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends, consumer insights, and advertising best practices.
- Address client concerns, complaints, or conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain positive client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations.
