Lead Finance Executive Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial accounting for the B2C segment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Closely monitor and report financial numbers to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Oversee quarterly statutory audits, ensuring all necessary controls are in place to prevent issues.
  • Prepare balance sheet disclosures on a regular basis and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide strong analytical support to review financials and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster close coordination with finance teams to ensure timely closing and reporting of financials.
  • Ensure correct segmental reporting and proper elimination of all group transactions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of monthly closing checklists to guarantee accuracy.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • End-to-end responsibility for closure of financial statements for parent company and Indian subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and industry standards.
  • Examine financial reports and data closely to detect discrepancies.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, CARO, and related regulations.

A Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance is required.
