Responsibilities:

  • This role involves managing enterprise and medium merchants, cross-selling, acquisition, and servicing of merchants acquired through online and offline platforms.
  • Daily communication with merchants for business continuation, drop, uplift, and issue resolution and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in online payments, POS sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
  • Collaborative working style.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
