Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and technical output of our Engineering Centre in Pune.
This is a full-time on-site role that requires handling multiple responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage workloads, plan for future activities, ensure compliance with corporate norms, manage costs, and prepare weekly KPIs for all divisions functioning at the Engineering Centre.
- Responsibilities include:
- Managing workload and prioritizing tasks
- Planning and forecasting future activities
- Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Managing costs and budget
- Preparing timely and accurate MIS reports
- Overseeing overall operations of the Centre
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering software development or managing a team of highly qualified technical experts
- A Master's degree in Engineering
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple subjects at one time
- Ability to report to multiple departments (matrix organization)
Bonus Skill: Knowledge of French is an added advantage
