Job Title: Business Planning Strategist

This is a highly strategic role where you will support the Director in making key decisions, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives. As a skilled coordinator, you will align cross-functional workflows, monitor project milestones, and facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide executive-level support to the Director, including decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.
  • Operational Coordination: Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams, monitor project milestones, and drive timely execution of initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews, track KPIs, and provide insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Task Completion Rate: Measure the percentage of Director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Assess the average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: Evaluate the percentage of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10-15 years of professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • Education: BE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or any engineering stream, MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputed management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
