Job Description

This role will be part of the leadership team, working closely with other managers to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve site goals.

  • • Lead change management processes and ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives.

  • • Foster collaboration among departments to maintain alignment in supply chain operations.

  • • Support departmental teams in implementing MMS practices to meet business objectives.

  • • Coach managers to develop high-performing teams through ManEx practices.

  • People Management:

  • • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to develop team members' capabilities.

  • • Ensure effective implementation of training programs by aligning with site/line management.

  • • Coordinate training-of-trainers and evaluation programs to maintain consistency.

  • Focused Improvement:

  • • Provide expert guidance on loss and waste reduction to operational teams.

  • • Participate in and lead improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.

  • • Develop manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize costs and eliminate waste.

  • • Engage in daily operational review meetings to analyze performance opportunities.

  • • Conduct practice maturity assessments and implement improvement strategies.

  • Team Meetings & Communications:

  • • Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum in ManEx deployment.

  • • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their ManEx deployment efforts.

  • • Establish a schedule for site leadership to support and lead ManEx deployment.
