Graphic Design Role

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to lead our creative team and oversee the production of visual content.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing engaging creatives for ads, websites, and social media platforms.
  • They should be well-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-quality visual content for various mediums.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design requirements.
  3. Provide training and mentorship to junior designers to enhance their skills and productivity.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  5. Escalate any work-related issues to the relevant channels to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of interactive design principles, including usability and user experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized with prior experience in design and editing software.
  • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline.
