Job Title: Visual Designer

About the Role:

As a key contributor to our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's unique voice and ensuring that all visual assets are consistent, brand-aligned, and conversion-optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Asset Development: Utilize internal asset libraries & templates to develop high-quality visual assets for our brand.
  • Brand Consistency: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across campaigns, sales decks, and product touch-points.
  • Design Standards: Create and enforce design standards to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to handle design requests and implement an efficient process.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging video and static content for various channels.

Your Impact:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining design language, working closely with PMM, Sales Enablement, Demand Gen, Product, Events, Partners, and content teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-quality visual assets for our brand.
  • Establishing and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Creating and enforcing design standards.
  • Implementing an efficient design request process.
  • Producing engaging video and static content for various channels.
