Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to oversee the execution of background verification programs. This role demands exceptional project management abilities, along with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy:

Manage the entire lifecycle of client-specific background verification programs, developing strategies for efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution, lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

Continuously evaluate current workflows, identify areas for improvement in program delivery, implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Evaluate compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies, develop risk mitigation plans and manage challenges related to data security and client confidentiality.

Reporting & Metrics:

Define and track key performance indicators for program success, including client satisfaction, turnaround time, accuracy, and cost.

Requirements:

Must have work experience of 3+ years in program management, project management, or operations, preferably in a background verification, HR, or compliance-related industry.
