About the Role

We seek an experienced Senior Engineering Program Director to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
  • Translating business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
  • Partnering with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identifying risks, managing dependencies, and proactively resolving blockers.
  • Driving alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
  • Establishing and maintaining program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
  • Ensuring engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
  • Communicating status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role.
  • A strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
  • A proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
  • A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
