We are seeking an experienced BIM coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery process, you will be responsible for implementing BIM strategies, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality models, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams in adhering to BIM implementation plans, including model submittal schedules and updates to reflect as-built conditions.
  • Deliver client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages.
  • Develop technical capabilities in BIM levels of development 300, 400, and 500.
  • Collaborate on design-to-construction processes using BIM tools like 5D/4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality, and ensure technical content aligns with the BIM execution plan.
  • Analyze models from architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Utilize parametric and non-parametric family creation techniques.
  • Participate in Scan to BIM and PDF to CAD projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap.
  • Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
