Job Opportunity: BIM Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of BIM Technician, with expertise in Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum level of detail 350+
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews
  • Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Technician
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows
  • Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
