About the Role

As a seasoned BIM Manager (Mechanical), you will be responsible for coordinating BIM processes for mechanical systems, working closely with project teams to ensure seamless workflows and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee BIM coordination for mechanical systems in construction projects to drive precision and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth data exchange and workflow management.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools like Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, and Evolve/Sysque to streamline MEP system modeling and fabrication.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot MEP systems, providing proactive solutions aligned with site requirements and construction constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projects, demonstrating expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in modeling Mechanical rooms from schematics to fabrication-level detail.
  • Proficiency in using Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools, along with knowledge of pipe and duct fabrication standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle projects independently and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
