Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module, with techno-functional skills to handle issues. They should be able to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes and support interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS etc.

  • Testing all system changes and projects for quality assurance
  • Transfer of knowledge and other support related activities
  • Second-level support for resolution of service requests and system defects
  • Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects
  • Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues
  • Interact with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation to closure
  • Resolving all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through the Help desk
  • Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support teams to involve them in resolving issues
  • Own the support tickets pertaining to their respective modules until closure
  • Provide on-call support after business hours for high-severity issues
  • Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite-offshore models for Application Development and support
