Performance Management Lead

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading the organization’s performance management system. This involves strategic implementation of Balanced Scorecard methodology, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

This position demands an exceptional leader who can effectively drive performance-driven culture across the organization. Key responsibilities include designing and managing the end-to-end performance management system, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, and institutionalizing Balanced Scorecard to measure performance across various perspectives.

Balanced Scorecard Framework

  • Develop scorecards at organization, department, and individual levels.
  • Define SMART KPIs across all four BSC dimensions:

- Financial: Revenue per employee, cost reduction initiatives.

- Customer: Client satisfaction scores, project delivery metrics.

- Internal Processes: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence.

- Learning & Growth: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness.

Key Responsibilities (continued)

  • Generate dashboards and BSC reviews for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and mid-year performance review cycles.
  • Drive calibration and moderation processes across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data for leadership use, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations. Additionally, proficiency in Balanced Scorecard, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools is required.

A suitable candidate should have an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute and 8–12 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation. Industry preference is given to Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
