Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resources Generalist to manage and coordinate various HR functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups), coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  2. HR Operations & Generalist Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases, draft employment contracts and HR communication, and support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
  3. Employee Engagement & Events: Plan and execute engaging internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations, foster an employee-friendly office culture, and collect feedback to boost employee morale.
  4. Internal Communication & PR: Help manage the company's internal communication channels, support content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives, and liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR roles, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools, a positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized individual willing to work flexible shifts.
