Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Active Directory and Windows-based services engineer to drive the success of our IT infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who can rapidly develop a deep understanding of our technology stack and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to established ITIL processes, encompassing Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge management on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to and take ownership of ongoing process improvements and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Active Directory and managing AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of On-prem Exchange and hybrid configurations is required.
  • A good understanding of Windows-related technology such as SCCM, Print or DFS server, SSO is necessary.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and support in emergency situations is expected.
  • Excellent customer service attitude, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels is required.

Nice To Have:

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks would be beneficial.
  • Relevant technical accreditation or successful completion of vendor-certified training in at least one of our key technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid) would be advantageous.
