Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wintel environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of Wintel technologies, including Windows and Linux, virtualization, and file servers.

About the Role
  • Operational Excellence: Manage global Wintel operations, lead BAU activities, govern patch compliance, and review operational tasks and GSOPs.
  • Project Management & Technical Delivery: Lead technical execution of infrastructure projects, architect infrastructure solutions, and drive initiatives for virtualization and automation.
  • Governance, Compliance & Audit: Maintain compliance with internal controls, conduct periodic reviews of EOL/EOS platforms, and track and resolve audit findings.
  • People & Stakeholder Management: Mentor Wintel L2/L3 team members, collaborate with application, security, and compliance teams, and govern SLAs and KPIs with infrastructure service partners.
