Job Title: PCS/BESS System Specialist

Hopewind is a renowned enterprise in the wind power converter market and a top 10 photovoltaic inverter brand.

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for PCS/BESS products on-site and remotely.
  • Troubleshooting PCS/BESS products and guiding customers through simple fault resolution.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring timely delivery of essential components.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering open communication channels.
  • Delivering training programs to customers on PCS/BESS product working principles.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent English language skills.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with expertise in PCS and BESS.
  • Desirable background in North India.
