  • We are seeking a Renewable Energy Technical Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and ensuring the smooth operation of our PCS/BESS products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Completing product on-site technical support and remote technical support work, including debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  2. Responsible for troubleshooting and guiding customers to handle simple faults.
  3. Managing on-site spare parts, tracking, and managing spare parts under the name to ensure normal operation of the unit.
  4. Maintaining customer relationships through normal communication and organizing customer feedback.
  5. Learning and understanding the working principle of company PCS/BESS products, familiarizing with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and providing simple training to on-site customers.

Requirements

  • English as a working language
  • A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations, and biased towards action
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS
