Job Opportunity: Technical Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical specialist to join our organization and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in engineering activities, maintenance & calibration, and project execution. They will be responsible for supervising plant engineering teams and ensuring that projects are completed within budget, schedule, quality, and functionality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to:

  1. Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulations, implementing preventive maintenance plans according to schedule.
  2. Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects, executing and following up on infrastructure/civil work tasks.
  3. Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity, coach and motivate team members, and responsible for personal and professional development.
  4. Perform project HSE management, execute project safety stops/reviews, align with key local and global stakeholders, and execute according to life cycle costs and project schedules.
  5. Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions, comply with standards and HSE regulations.
  6. Ensure projects develop through stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation, obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.
  7. Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure, responsible for personal and professional development, update CMMS after completion.
  8. Document execution of calibration, support building organizational culture.
