Job Title: Technical Document Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Technical Document Specialist involves creating and revising illustrated parts catalogues for various aircraft models.

This entails ensuring that the catalogues meet the required standards and are structured efficiently. The specialist must possess expertise in Airbus standards, tools, and processes, as well as the ability to analyze information and structure it in an organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in Airbus standards, tools, and processes.
  • Understanding and adherence to impact analysis to create content meeting change requests.
  • Experience working on SAP PCS for authoring IPC/configuration management/criteria analysis.
  • Independent work on project details, supplier drawings, technical specifications for customers.
  • Technical analysis of modifications/configuration management.
  • Analysis and structuring of information in an efficient manner.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Creation/revision of illustrated parts catalogue as per Ispec2200 standards.
  • Preparation of mockups for illustrators.
  • Adherence to quality procedures as defined in the quality system.
  • Regular reporting to project leaders on project deviations, progress, and internal/external problems.
  • Proactive coordination with customers.
