Job Description

We are seeking a skilled JIRA Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and configuring JIRA environments to support project tracking, issue management, and agile workflows.

The role involves setting up and maintaining JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for administering JIRA user accounts and groups, ensuring integration with tools like PowerBI, Python, and Jenkins for reporting and automation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of JIRA administration, configuration, and customization. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. System Configuration Maintenance: Set up and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
  2. Workflow Issue Management: Create and manage issue types, screens, and field configurations.
  3. Automation Scripting: Configure automation rules for notifications, transitions, and field updates.
  4. Reporting Dashboards: Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using JIRA and integrated tools.
  5. User Support Training: Provide support to users on JIRA usage and best practices.
