About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with expertise in Jira to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to leverage their knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jira administration, customization, and integration with other Atlassian tools.

They will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

In addition, they will contribute to the development of best practices and processes within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Jira instances including setup, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Design and implement complex workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, issue types, and screen schemes.
  • Automate processes using Jira Automation, Groovy scripts (ScriptRunner), and webhooks.
  • Administer Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.
  • Integrate Jira with other tools like ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, Slack, Salesforce, etc.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with JIRA administration and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.
  • Strong command over JQL, workflows, automation, and custom configurations.
  • Experience with ScriptRunner, JMWE, or similar plugins.
  • Proficient in integration with tools like Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments.
