We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant, with a focus on Jira Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Define and implement standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports that align with our Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards, to drive project success.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines, enhancing our development processes.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership, fostering a culture of best practices.
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience, with a proven track record of success.
Desired Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
