Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a passion for project delivery, communication, and collaboration. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. A strong command of presentations, communication skills, and modern project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana will be critical for success. Candidates with exposure to Agile methodologies and a proactive mindset will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Coordination

- Support in the creation of project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
- Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to ensure projects stay on course.

- Execution & Monitoring

- Monitor and report on project performance against objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
- Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to ensure project success.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, supporting sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Communication & Reporting

- Deliver clear and concise project updates through presentations and status reports.
- Facilitate effective communication across internal teams, management, and clients.
- Ensure alignment of team members with project goals through structured communication.

- Team Collaboration

- Work with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and operations.
- Act as the central point of contact for project-related queries and discussions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate project documentation, action trackers, and meeting notes.
- Ensure that projects follow defined processes, standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong presentation and communication skills to interact with stakeholders and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to support Agile ceremonies.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory).
