Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the Group Functions in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure within the Group Functions area.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and compliance with organizational standards.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 7-12 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a corporate or group functions environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) are preferred.
