Designation: Project ManagerPeriod of Assignment: 6 months

Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for co-ordination with various stakeholders and ensure the progress of the project is as per project plan. This individual will serve as a key liaison between top management, various internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, an engineering background, and proven experience in managing critical projects.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Designing a detailed project plan of the Exchange launching Equity and Equity Derivatives segment and continuously track its progress

Project Coordination: Lead execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. Measure the performance of the project using appropriate tools. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders e.g. Top Management, Team comprising of representatives from various departments and external stakeholders, vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Analytical Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to identify potential project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to overcome challenges. Communication: Prepare and present project updates and reports to top management and stakeholders, conveying complex technical information in an understandable manner on a periodical basis.

Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the project meets the needs of the organization. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to incorporate feedback and evolving requirements from stakeholders. Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the project, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.

Testing and Validation: Ensure thorough testing and validation of the application prior to launch, coordinating with teams to address any issues that arise. Educational QualificationGraduate of Computer Science / Bachelor of EngineeringA Masters / Post Graduate from a reputed institution in Management Information System (MIS) or any other related field is preferred

Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is requiredExperienceProven experience of minimum 10 years in project management, specifically in financial services.Experience in projects which has scaled up is a plus

Functional Expertise Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).nstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Exceptional in written & oral communication and
