Project Manager - Manufacturing & Regulated Industries

We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and possess deep expertise in at least one of the following key domains:

  • Manufacturing Projects: Experience implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Data & Analytics: Leading projects focused on data integration, business intelligence, and analytics platforms.
  • PLM & Quality Management: Managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management System (QMS) implementations.

A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in regulated industries, particularly those with exposure to medical validation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
  • CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is a must.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
