Salesforce Security Strategist Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive Salesforce org consolidation and optimization projects, leveraging expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform configurations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce data models, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.

Responsibilities include leading and driving Salesforce org consolidation and optimization projects to improve system performance. This involves utilizing advanced knowledge of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform configurations, to enhance security and functionality.

The successful candidate will implement and optimize Salesforce data models, reporting, and dashboard capabilities to support business needs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices within Salesforce platforms.

This role requires troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues, minimizing system downtime and enhancing security resilience.

Qualifications and Skills

Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Salesforce projects, specifically in org consolidation, optimization, and large-scale transformations.

Strong expertise is required in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform configurations, as well as deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying and mitigating security risks within Salesforce environments and possess strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key skills required for this role include Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Salesforce platform configurations, Salesforce data models, Salesforce reporting and dashboards, cybersecurity best practices within Salesforce, security risk mitigation, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
