Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage our office operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coworking spaces, vendor coordination, and facilities management.

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, office supplies, housekeeping, and operational needs.
  • Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage office inventory, procurement, and supplies across departments.
  • Maintain records related to facilities, contracts, and vendor services.
  • Liaise with coworkers to address facility-related issues promptly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams regarding facility support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in office administration.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and facility operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
