We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage our office operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coworking spaces, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth office environment.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, office supplies, housekeeping, and operational needs.
- Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and supplies across departments.
- Maintain records related to facilities, contracts, and vendor services.
- Liaise with coworkers to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams regarding facility support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in office administration.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and facility operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
