As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled HR and Admin Professional to lead our team in Mundra.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee attendance management through ESSL software
  • Work on Spine Software for recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance
  • Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and manage administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources generalist activities and administration, with a strong educational background in HR. This is a full-time, permanent position based at Mundra, with local and immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in HR stream
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist activities and administration
  • Proficiency in ESSL software and Spine Software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
