Job Title: Finance and Accounting Leader

As a seasoned financial professional, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting to inform strategic decisions.

With strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards, you will ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations. This includes timely and accurate filing of all GST returns and income tax returns.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets.

As a leader, you will supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. You will also train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
