We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Finance and Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integrity of financial reporting, maintain robust charts of accounts, and implement accounting systems.
  • Lead a diverse team, collaborate with banking leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities and reporting.
  • Design, review, and maintain the bank's chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RBI guidelines, and internal controls. Lead audit preparation and respond to regulatory queries.
  • Buid, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong adherence to ethics and integrity.
