We are seeking an experienced General Manager Accounts and Finance to lead our entire commercial/accounts/finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, finance, and leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Account and Finance is required, along with at least 10 years of experience as a Accounts and Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finalizing books of accounts, managing taxation compliance, developing commercial strategies, and building relationships with customers and suppliers.

About the Role:

  • Finalize books of accounts and prepare financial statements
  • Manage all taxation compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Develop commercial strategies and direction for projects
  • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Build and manage customer relationships
  • Oversee the performance of the commercial team
  • Monitor budgeting expenses and identify cost-cutting initiatives
  • Manage company payable and receivable
  • Manage all branches of the company in terms of accounts and finance
  • Deal with legal works of the company
  • Study and renew agreements of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Account and Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Accounts and Finance Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Reporting:

The role reports directly to the Director/Founder of the company.
